  • What are the lease terms?

    We offer 3 to 12 month lease terms based on availability.

  • What is the pet policy?

    There are no weight restriction; however, we do not allow aggressive dog breeds. There is a maximum of two per apartment. Pet fee is $150 non-refundable.

  • What are your amenities?

    Please visit our Apartments & Community page for a complete list. 

  • How do I apply?

    For your convenience you can apply on-line. A $45 processing fee will be required to begin processing the application.

  • How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have paid your application fee and completed the application we can generally complete the process within 48 to 72 hours.

  • Do you take co-signers?

    Yes. There is a $75 co-signer application fee.

  • When is rent due/late?

    Rent is due by the 1st of every month but is not considered late until the 4th. Pay your rent online

  • What are the office hours?

    M - F: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

  • Do you have a resident referral program?

    Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.

  • Do you require the residents to use a particular cable/internet company?

    You are welcome to choose any cable and phone provider you would like. Here are some suggestions:

    • Dish Network
    • Century Link
    • Xfinity
  • Do you have reserved parking?

    One dedicated covered spot is provided per apartment. Depending on the floorplan that space could be a shared garage, private garage or a carport.
